Features of MNS AC Low-voltage Switchgear:
- Compact Design: The switchgear can accommodate a large number of functional units in a smaller space, saving cabinet volume. The MCC cabinet can install up to 36 8E units or 4 drawers, or 9 8E drawers. The drawer units are characterized by their small size, strong functionality, accurate guidance, and high interchangeability. They are suitable for installing three-pole or four-pole air switches and have reliable mechanical interlocking. The effective installation height of the functional units is 1800mm, and they can be freely combined into fixed and drawer forms within the same cabinet.
- Strong Structural Universality and Flexible Assembly: With 25mm C-shaped materials, the switchgear can meet various structural forms, protection levels, and environmental requirements.
- Standard Modular Design: The switchgear consists of standard units for protection, operation, conversion, control, regulation, measurement, indication, etc. Users can choose and assemble according to their needs. More than 200 assembly components can be combined to create different cabinet structures and drawer units.
- Safety: The switchgear extensively uses high-strength, flame-retardant engineering plastic components, effectively enhancing the protection and safety performance. The vertical bus channel incorporates a segmented functional board with right-angled L-shaped branch busbars embedded in it. MCC cabinets can be arranged back-to-back.
- Convenient Assembly: No special complex tools are required.
