Structure of GGD AC Low Voltage Switchgear
- The cabinet adopts universal cabinet form.
- The framework is assembled by welding 8MF cold-bent steel, and the framework parts and special supporting parts are supplied by a designated steel factory to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet.
- There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots at the top and bottom ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components inside the cabinet generate heat, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot, while the cold air is constantly supplied into the cabinet through the lower slot, forming a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top, achieving the purpose of heat dissipation.
- The cabinet door is connected to the framework by a pivot-type movable hinge chain, which is easy to install and disassemble. There is a mountain-shaped rubber strip embedded in the folded edge of the door. When the door is opened, the embedded strip has a certain compression stroke between the door and the cabinet framework, which can prevent direct collision between the door and the cabinet, and also improve the protection level of the door.
